## About our services

We design and install French drains, surface drains, catch basins, channel drains, and interior basement drainage systems across the Greater OKC metro. We also provide hydro-jetting cleanout and repair services for existing drainage lines. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are set in your individual project quote.

## Free on-site evaluations

On-site evaluations are free across our service area. They include slope and grading assessment, soil and water-accumulation check, and a written quote. Free evaluations are not a guarantee of service; we reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our scope or capability.

## Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless specified otherwise. Pricing reflects current per-foot rates and local conditions. Significant changes in scope (additional length, unexpected obstacles, code-required modifications) may adjust the final price; we will discuss any change before proceeding.

## Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe, legal access to the work site, mark or disclose known utility lines and irrigation lines, and identify any restrictions (HOA rules, easements, septic systems). Weather, soil conditions, and discovered obstacles may affect schedule; we'll communicate any change promptly.

## Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship per the warranty terms documented in your individual project paperwork. Warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, subsequent landscaping or excavation by others, or alteration of the discharge point after completion.

## Payment

Payment terms are set in your project quote. We accept cash, check, and credit card. Past-due balances may incur late fees as permitted by Oklahoma law.
